Application:
- As a cleanser: Mix a small amount of rice powder with water to form a paste. Gently massage into damp skin, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- As a mask: Mix the powder with water to create a thicker paste. Apply evenly to the face, leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse off for a brighter, smoother and more radiant complexion.
